Initial Visit

Your first visit

After filling out a short form, we will talk about your health, your current concerns and goals for your treatment. We will also pay close attention to your lifestyle which comprises of your dietary habits, exercise patterns, relaxation techniques, work environment, family situation and social interactions.

Once the differential diagnosis is made, I will explain my treatment plan for you and why it was made. Together, we will formulate a Plan of Care that will suit you and serve your needs the best.

Treatment comes next. It usually lasts 40 minutes. It is normal to feel lightheaded after the session. People have different experiences depending on their mental, emotional and physical states. Any and all sensations will pass within minutes and of no concern.

I always give homework!

I am only a helper in your journey towards optimal health and well-being. So, you will most likely leave with dietary suggestions, exercises and so forth.

In general, I recommend a repeat visit with the next day or two. This is necessary in order to reinforce the treatment or the body and mind will tend to slip back to old patterns.
